Dunkin' is seeking a passionate Restaurant Manager to lead a fast-paced site, drive guest experiences, and coach a high-performing team in Abington, MA. You’ll oversee daily operations, scheduling, inventory, and cash handling to ensure smooth service.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of restaurant or retail management experience (QSR experience a plus!)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
