Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a Store Manager for our Michigan location. The candidate will oversee daily store operations, inventory control, and safety compliance while directing a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities include scheduling, staff training, and executing local marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in QSR, strong communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work 40–50 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a QSR environment.
• Experience supervising and training staff.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Willingness to work 40–50 hours per week and be on call.

Responsibilities

• Completes and posts the staff work schedules.
• Manages a staff of approximately 4 to 12; evaluates performance and recommendations.
• Communicates changes of food preparation formulas, standards, etc.
• Supports local and national marketing initiatives.
• Ensures health and food safety codes and company safety policies are followed.
• Identifies and contacts prospective customers to promote sales.
