Job summary

Paylocity is seeking an experienced Store Manager in Michigan to oversee overall store operations, inventory control, and customer service. You will direct staff, ensure food safety and cleanliness, and drive local marketing initiatives.

The role requires 2+ years in a QSR supervisory capacity, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead a 4–12 person team while managing schedules and evaluations.

Qualifications

• Two years of supervisory experience in a QSR environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Education: High school graduate; college degree preferred.
• Ability to operate a POS system and handle cash.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Willingness to work 40–50 hours per week and be on call.

Responsibilities

• Complete and post staff schedules.
• Manage a staff of 4–12; evaluate and promote/transfer/terminate.
• Communicate changes in food preparation formulas and standards.
• Support local and national marketing initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with health, food safety, and safety policies.
• Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales.
