Job summary

Paylocity in Rockford, MI seeks a Store Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, oversee inventory, and ensure food safety, product preparation, and cleanliness to the highest standards.

You will recruit and train staff, schedule shifts, drive local marketing efforts, manage records and deliver exceptional customer service, while maintaining safety and security policies and promoting sales.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in a QSR environment
• Experience supervising and training staff
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to operate a computerized POS system/cash register
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Create and post staff schedules
• Lead a team of 4–12; evaluate and guide staff
• Communicate recipe/formula changes to staff
• Support local and national marketing initiatives
• Ensure health, food safety codes and safety policies are followed
• Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales
