Responsibilities

• Manage labor costs by evaluating labor needs against projected sales during the shift.
• Review budget and P&L monthly.
• Promote customer satisfaction to grow sales.
• Monitor costs from prep to production to procedures.
• Track waste and ensure proper shift staffing.
• Communicate issues in sales/profit to GM/DM.
• Assist in executing sales and profit plans.
• Monitor food costs to prevent waste and theft.
• Train crew in new products and service standards.
• Direct and train staff to uphold cleanliness and safety.
