• Leads, interviews, and develops all subordinate employees with GM/DM support.
• Follows procedures to ensure prep, production, and standards are met.
• Monitors inventory, food costs, and waste; maintains cleanliness.
• Manages shifts, labor costs, and scheduling to meet sales goals.
