Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day restaurant operations focusing on food quality, safety, cleanliness, and consistent service.
• Coach and engage a high‑performing team culture and hold hourly staff and managers accountable.
• Lead a team of 25+ employees and ensure adherence to standards and policies.
• Conduct daily pre‑shift huddles to align goals, service standards, and updates.
• Assist in scheduling, inventory, payroll, and reconciliation processes.
