You will direct a team to ensure food safety, cleanliness, and customer service excellence while maintaining security and store standards.

Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Experience: 2+ years in QSR environment; supervising/training staff.
• Physical: Ability to lift 50 lbs; stamina for long shifts.
• Must work 40–50 hours/week and be on call 24/7.

Responsibilities

• Completes staff work schedules and posts them.
• Manages staff of 4–12; evaluates and promotes staff as needed.
• Communicates changes in recipes/standards to staff.
• Supports local and national marketing initiatives.
• Ensures health, safety, and sanitation codes are followed.
• Identifies and contacts prospective customers to promote sales.
