Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience as a restaurant shift leader or manager.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
• Confident problem-solver with good decision-making.
• Team player who can work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Supervising team members, assigning duties, and creating a schedule.
• Monitoring team performance and ensuring duties are performed efficiently.
• Reporting issues during the shift to management.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, health, and safety standards.
• Coaching team members and providing ongoing training and development.
• Opening and closing the restaurant, line checks, station preparedness and cash deposits.
• Handling guest complaints and team member disputes.
