• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and foster a guest-first culture.
• Ensure food quality, safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards are consistently met.
• Execute recipes, procedures, and operational systems.
• Implement new product launches, promotions, and team training.
• Monitor guest feedback and develop action plans to improve satisfaction.
• Communicate goals, priorities, and performance expectations to the team.
• Maintain compliance with all policies and laws.
