Job summary

Boulder View Tavern in Lake Harmony, PA, is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and uphold Troon’s hospitality standards.

You will supervise service staff, maintain quality, manage cash, and help drive revenue while ensuring guest satisfaction at this fast-paced property.

Qualifications

• AA degree or six months to one year related experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong leadership and customer-service oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Organizes pre-shift meetings to review specials and menu changes.
• Keeps restaurant clean, stocked, and organized; schedules maintenance.
• Monitors food quality and service standards across areas.
• Greets guests at tables to ensure satisfaction.
• Manages cash handling procedures and pricing accuracy.
• Develops revenue forecasts and monitors the restaurant budget.
• Oversees daily activities: serving, bussing, seating, room service.
• Interviews, hires, trains, and directs staff; handles performance issues.
• Develops training programs and tests for comprehension.
