Job summary

Boulder View Tavern in Lake Harmony, PA, part of Troon, is seeking a motivated Server to join our hospitality team. You will take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced atmosphere.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in food service, understand fine and casual dining, and are of legal age to serve liquor. Excellent communication and dependable, team-focused attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of food service experience.
• Minimum education: High School Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional appearance at all times.

• Serve beverages and meals accurately and timely.
• Adhere to sanitation, safety and alcohol service policies.
• Check back to ensure guest satisfaction and replenish items as needed.
• Suggest desserts, coffee and other items as applicable.
• Process payments following standard procedures.
• Keep dining areas clean and organized.
• Perform closing procedures as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Checks back to ensure guest(s) satisfaction; replenishes items as necessary and/or requested
• Suggests and serves dessert, coffee and other items as applicable and/or necessary
• Handles all cash and/or credit cards for payment following all standard operating procedures
• Keeps tables, dining room and workstation(s) sanitized and organized
• Performs clean-up and closing procedures as assigned by manager
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
