Bubba's 33 in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee Front of House and Back of House operations and ensure Legendary Food and Legendary Service are delivered consistently. You will lead a dynamic team in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment.

Responsibilities include supervising hourly staff, handling hiring decisions, setting weekly schedules, coaching, driving sales, ensuring food safety, managing inventory, and building a safe, clean work culture aligned with our core values.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a restaurant team and daily operations.
• Ability to hire, coach, and discipline hourly staff as needed.
• Proven track record in training and developing team members.

Responsibilities

• Supervise hourly staff and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate hiring and interviewing of applicants.
• Set hours, schedules, and assign tasks for FOH/BOH.
• Drive sales, service steps, and guest satisfaction.
• Provide, direct, and schedule Front of House and Back of House training.
• Oversee food production and ensure recipes and procedures are followed.
• Enforce safety and security measures at the restaurant.
• Manage food, supplies, and liquor costs with weekly inventory.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging work environment.
