Qualifications

• Minimum of two years FOH management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Exceptional leadership with ability to motivate, inspire and develop a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the team with a people-first mentality.
• Build sales, profitability, and guest counts; manage the P&L for the restaurant.
• Forecast labor, budgeting, and analyze variances while ensuring sanitation standards.
