Love's Travel Stops is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations of the restaurant and fresh kitchen at our Virginia location. You will lead staff, ensure safety and quality, manage inventories, and drive sales while maintaining exceptional customer service and efficiency across shifts.

The role emphasizes budget awareness, P&L responsibility, and collaboration with the General Manager to implement strategies that enhance performance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1+ years restaurant management experience.
• 1+ years managing operations with an annual sales volume of $500k+.
• 1+ years affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements.
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained kitchen, with adherence to food safety procedures.
• Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation.
• Assist the General Manager with task execution, safety practices, scheduling, cash integrity, and reporting.
• Train and develop team members in preparing and packaging customer orders promptly.
• Understand financial reporting, including P&L, to inform business decisions.
• Address customer feedback to improve the dining experience.
