Qualifications

• Ability to work various shift times including days, afternoons, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• 1+ years restaurant management experience.
• 1+ years managing operations with annual sales volume over $1M.
• 1+ years deciphering budgets and P&L statements.
• 1+ years supervising and training 5-10+ employees.
• Must be able to complete pre-employment drug screen and background check; DOT screening may apply.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through facilities and equipment maintenance and food safety compliance.
• Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation.
• Assist the Restaurant Manager with task execution, scheduling, cash integrity, and reporting.
• Prepare and package customer orders in a timely manner to maximize service.
• Understand financial reporting, analyze profit and loss, and implement opportunities.
• Collaborate with Restaurant Manager on talent acquisition.
