Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ experience as a dining room manager in a high-volume restaurant.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Provide guests with exceptional service and value.
• Disciplined and fair about standards while developing employees.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train, schedule, and develop FOH employees.
• Write and post FOH weekly schedules and set service goals.
• Greet guests, process checks, and resolve customer complaints on the floor.
• Interact with guests to build rapport and ensure satisfaction.
• Conduct daily menu class and oversee safety/health practices.
• Assist in monthly inventory and participate in manager meetings.
