Job summary

Perkins American Food Co. in Mount Pocono is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead front-of-house operations with energy and guest-focused leadership. You’ll develop your team and help deliver the warm, welcoming atmosphere our guests expect, reporting to the General Manager.

You will lead service standards, drive sales, and maintain a safe, clean dining environment while modeling best practices. Compensation reflects experience and offers growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Needs strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing front-of-house in family or casual dining preferred.
• Willingness to lead and develop team members.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and efficiency
• Drive sales and uphold operational and service standards across the restaurant
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for both guests and team members
• Uphold and model safe food-handling and operational practices
• Support the hiring, training, and development of all team members
• Step in where needed and take on additional responsibilities as part of a collaborative leadership team
