Border Foods LLC is hiring an Assistant Manager in Michigan to oversee daily restaurant operations, lead a high-performing team, and ensure excellent guest service that reflects our core values. You will drive performance, manage scheduling, and uphold food safety while nurturing a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year’s restaurant or retail experience, or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Ability to work early morning, evenings, late night, weekends, and some holidays.
• Non-exempt management position; minimum 50 hours per week.
• ServeSafe Certified.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• The Assistant Manager is responsible for the operation of the entire restaurant and building a strong team.
• Provide customers with great food and a friendly experience through fast, friendly service.
