Responsibilities

• Driving sales and guest satisfaction.
• Enforcing compliance with employment policies.
• Monitoring tickets and pacing during peak hours.
• Conducting Taste & Temp checks.
• Providing and overseeing training.
• Maintaining proper food handling, maintenance, and storage of all items.
• Gleaning guest insights during table visits to inform sales strategy.
• Maintaining cleanliness and equipment safety.
• Creating a safe, fun, and clean work environment.
• Maintaining restaurant cleanliness and guest safety.
