Qualifications

• Experience leading a restaurant team.
• Proven ability to drive sales and guest satisfaction.
• Knowledge of food safety and restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and guest satisfaction.
• Enforce employment policies in area of responsibility with the management team.
• Monitor tickets and pace during peak hours.
• Conduct Taste & Temp checks.
• Provide and oversee training.
• Maintain proper food handling, maintenance, and storage of all items.
• Conduct table visits to gather insights and assist in developing a sales strategy.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness and proper maintenance of equipment.
• Create a safe, fun, and clean work environment for the staff in line with our core values.
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant and safety of our guests.
