You will drive sales, enforce policies, monitor peak-hour pace, conduct line Taste & Temp checks, oversee training, ensure proper food handling and cleanliness, and create a safe, fun work environment aligned with our core values and goals.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and guest satisfaction
• Enforce compliance with employment policies in area of responsibility
• Monitor tickets and set the pace during peak hours
• Conduct formal line Taste & Temp checks
• Provide and oversee thorough training
• Maintain proper food handling, maintenance, and storage
• Conduct table visits with guests to gather insights and assist in developing a sales strategy
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness and safety of equipment and facilities
• Create a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with core values and goals
