Qualifications

• Two years of experience managing a quick-service restaurant.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers have a great guest experience by keeping products hot, fresh and delicious.
• Manage and develop employees and ensure cleanliness in appearance.
• Maintain cleanliness of the property and ensure food safety standards.
• Navigate customer complaints and escalate to District Manager when unresolved.
• Oversee inventory and daily close-out paperwork; conduct cash audits weekly.
• Recruit, interview, and staff store to operate at budgeted hours without overtime.
• Follow Vendor Check In policy and account for merchandise received.
• Adhere to Company policies and Employee Handbook.
