Job summary

Refuel Operating Company, LLC is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at an assigned restaurant. You will drive guest experience, supervise staff, ensure cleanliness and food safety, and partner with district leadership to meet performance targets.

The role requires flexible availability—evenings, weekends, and some holidays—with occasional travel up to 10%. This position is at-will employment and offers the chance to grow with a fast‑moving convenience store and fuel operator

Qualifications

Leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
Food service/safety experience.
Physical ability to perform all duties of a restaurant team member regularly.
Two years’ experience managing a quick-service restaurant.
Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Ensure guests have a great experience by ensuring products are hot, fresh, and delicious.
Manage and develop employees in the restaurant and ensure they are clean and neat in appearance.
Ensure cleanliness of the property (restrooms, floors, coolers, kitchen, front counter, back-office, dining area, fountain area, sidewalk entrance).
Uphold strict food safety standards.
Recruit, interview, and staff store to meet budgeted hours without overtime.
Control inventory to maintain low shrinkage.
