You will coach staff, ensure cleanliness and food safety, control inventory, and manage daily close-out tasks, including scheduling and budgeting, with flexible hours including evenings and some holidays.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience managing a quick-service restaurant.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests have a great experience by serving hot, fresh, delicious products.
• Lead and develop restaurant staff; maintain a clean, professional appearance.
• Maintain cleanliness of the property and uphold food safety standards.
• Handle customer complaints with courtesy and escalate when needed.
• Rotate and store perishable products to maintain freshness and minimize waste.
• Recruit and staff the store to cover forecasted hours without overtime.
• Manage inventory to minimize shortages and keep accurate daily close-out records.
• Adhere to Vendor Check In policies and verify merchandise received.
• Follow company policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
