Jaggers in Indianapolis is seeking a Manager to assist our Managing Partner in the daily operation of the restaurant, delivering fresh food and exceptional service to all guests. You'll drive sales, train staff, ensure food safety, maintain cleanliness, and foster a safe, fun work environment that reflects our core values.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and guest satisfaction.
• Enforce employment policies within area of responsibility.
• Monitor tickets and pace during peak hours.
• Conduct line Taste & Temp checks.
• Provide and oversee training for staff.
• Maintain food handling, maintenance, and storage standards.
• Visit tables to collect guest insights and assist in sales strategy.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of equipment.
• Create a safe, fun, and clean work environment aligned with company values.
• Maintain restaurant safety for guests and staff.
