Ideal candidates have 3+ years of management, substantial front- and back-of-house leadership, and a track record of developing teams. A strong, hands-on leadership style is essential for progression.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Current or recent upscale or polished casual full-service experience.
• Experience with labor management, scheduling, guest recovery, and restaurant financials.
• Strong employment stability and demonstrated career progression.
• Proven success training and developing employees and managers.
• Ability to develop into a General Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day restaurant operations.
• Coach and develop FOH and BOH team members.
• Remain highly visible on the floor during service.
• Support hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and labor management.
• Handle guest recovery and operational challenges.
• Partner with the General Manager and Executive Chef.
• Help drive service standards, accountability, and team culture.
• Build leadership skills to advance into a GM role.
