Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is seeking an Hourly Restaurant Manager to join our Operations team in Beavercreek, OH. The role pays $20.00–$20.75 per hour plus a monthly bonus based on net sales, with weekly pay in many locations.

Full-time, management position with responsibilities across shift leadership, cash handling, and guest service. You’ll work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, support the Restaurant Leader, ensure brand standards, staff scheduling, and cost controls.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and able to learn new systems

Responsibilities

• Support Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations
• Open and close the restaurant as manager on duty
• Manage cash handling and ensure accountability
• Enforce company policies and standards
• Direct crewmembers during shifts
• Provide exemplary customer service
• Ensure cleanliness and proper facility operation
