Job summary

J R Ellis is seeking a Restaurant Manager to provide leadership with a Can Do attitude, lead by example, and deliver exceptional customer service while building sales and controlling costs. This is a fun, fast-paced environment with excellent starting compensation and benefits.

Responsibilities include managing a 35–40 hour week in a hands-on role, with emphasis on team building and communication. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years in a management role in quick-service or 1 year in a management position in a full-service restaurant.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Possess a high school diploma, or equivalent, and possess basic math skills.
• Strong management, team building and communication skills.
• Knowledge reading and analyzing profit and loss statements.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and a vehicle for daily duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership with a Can Do attitude and lead by example.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build sales.
• Control costs and manage scheduling for 35–40 hours weekly.
• Operate in a fast-paced environment and maintain high standards of safety and compliance.
