Level99 in Tysons, VA seeks a Restaurant Manager to lead our Food & Beverage team, staying on the floor during events and guiding staff to deliver high-energy hospitality. You’ll coordinate with Events, Culinary, and Entertainment units to keep the Tap Room and Beer Hall running smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in fast-paced hospitality or food & beverage operations is preferred.
• Strong communication and guest-service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Connect with guests, build relationships, and cultivate regulars
• Maintain an approachable, positive, and energetic attitude
• Handle tough conversations with decisiveness and grace
• Drive shift operations forward with initiative
• Manage Toast POS, OpenTable, Sling, and Lever systems
• Schedule hourly staff to meet hospitality targets
• Coach staff on service standards
• Uphold safety and food-safety standards
• Collaborate across F&B, events, and entertainment teams
