Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent hospitality management experience.
• Minimum three years of restaurant or hospitality management experience.
• At least one year of supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in high-volume restaurants, breweries, entertainment venues, or event-driven hospitality is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of beer, spirits, and responsible alcohol service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily front-of-house operations and maintain high standards of hospitality.
• Coach, develop, and motivate staff through hands-on leadership and feedback.
• Create a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and growth.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences by anticipating needs and resolving concerns.
• Plan and manage opening/closing procedures and daily checklists.
• Communicate menu features and specials in pre-shift meetings with culinary leadership.
• Support hosts, servers, bartenders, and staff during peak periods.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal alcohol service regulations.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards across the facility.
• Assist in planning and executing private events and large concerts.
