• Directing weekly schedules and assigning areas of responsibility to Restaurant Managers
• Managing performance through coaching, evaluations, and discipline
• Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring management and hourly staff
• Overseeing weekly and monthly P&L and inventory planning
• Overseeing budgets, food and labor costs, and safety standards
• Leading local store marketing activities and vendor partnerships
• Maintaining restaurant cleanliness, safety, and culture daily
