Cactus Club Cafe in Miami, FL is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead our US expansion at the new location. You will drive service standards, mentor a diverse team, and ensure guests receive exceptional experiences while achieving financial goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Proven ability to mentor, inspire, and guide teams toward exceptional performance and financial goals.
• Passion for food, hospitality, and guest service with a professional demeanor.
• Certified, or willing to obtain, a valid state Food Service and Alcohol Service Certification.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.

YOU ARE:

• An individual with 2+ years of leadership experience in a high volume fast paced restaurant or hospitality environment
• A dynamic and entrepreneurial leader with a proven ability to mentor, inspire, and guide teams toward exceptional performance, skill development, and the achievement of financial goals
• A reliable and motivated individual with a passion for food, hospitality, and guest service, consistently committed to professionalism and delivering the highest quality service
• Certified, or willing to obtain certification, of a valid state Food Service and Alcohol Service Certification
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as required by the role
