Cactus Club Cafe in Miami, FL is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead our US expansion at the new location. You will drive service standards, mentor a diverse team, and ensure guests receive exceptional experiences while achieving financial goals.

As a key leader, you’ll participate in mentorship programs like Cactus University and Manager Bootcamp, enjoy flexible scheduling, and benefit from a comprehensive health package and education allowance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Proven ability to mentor, inspire, and guide teams toward exceptional performance and financial goals.
• Passion for food, hospitality, and guest service with a professional demeanor.
• Certified, or willing to obtain, a valid state Food Service and Alcohol Service Certification.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
