Job summary

• 1-3 years of experience in a food or healthcare setting.
• ServeSafe Certification (or willingness to obtain within three months).

Responsibilities

• Foster an environment of hospitality for residents and guests under the Nutrition Services Manager.
• Ensure accuracy of diets and meal service in the absence of the manager.
• Work with Dietitians, Managers, and Chefs to prepare food for residents and serve therapeutically correct diets.
• May perform short order cooking for meal service and enforce all safety and sanitation policies.
