The Turning Point LLC in Doylestown, PA is seeking a daytime restaurant manager to lead a single-shift operation from 7:30am to 3pm. This role emphasizes work-life balance, growth opportunities, and a structured managerial training program.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Daily management of 1 shift with no open/close demands.
• Coordinate with FOH and BOH teams to execute service.
• Conduct a full inventory for each period.
• Provide transparent financial performance information for incentives.
• Leverage technology to support daily operations.
• Support staff with timely, constructive communication.
• Relocation opportunities within operating states.
• Recruit, hire, and develop top-performing team members.

Manager Information & Responsibilities to include (not exclusive to)

• Daily management of 1 shift. No need to ask staff to work a “double” when you close at 3
• No close / open shifts for our managers.
• Work alongside the FOH and BOH staff.
• Conduct one full inventory for each period.
• Full transparency on the financial performance of the restaurant for your performance-based compensation.
• Fully implemented technology solutions to help you do your job.
• Support & communication that is timely and helpful without intruding on your personal time.
• Relocation opportunities within the states we operate in.
• Consistently seek out and hire exceptional team members
• Ensure equity and equality for all.
• Present and develop growth opportunities for your team members.
• Provide the ideal Turning Point experience for our guests from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant experience preferred (but not required)
• Ability to lead, coach and mentor a team
• Work effectively in partnerships
• Professional verbal & written communication skills
• Enthusiastic and encouraging leadership attitude

Schedule

• Day shifts only
• Available to work on Holidays and Weekends
• Opportunity for occasional weekends off through approved shift swaps, when staffing permits

Supplemental Pay

• 13 performance-based bonus payments

Compensation Range: $55,000 - $65,000 per year with the ability to earn more with performance bonuses.
