Flynn Group’s Applebee’s team in Cranston, RI is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations and inspire the crew, delivering friendly, high-quality guest experiences. You will handle staffing, inventory, scheduling, training, and compliance with health standards, while resolving guest feedback with a solutions-focused approach.

Requirements include 2–3 years of restaurant management, strong leadership, weekend flexibility, and Serve Safe certification.
