Applebee’s at Flynn Group in Hudson, MA is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and mentor front-of-house and kitchen teams.

You will manage inventory, scheduling, training, and cost controls, ensure health and safety compliance, handle guest feedback, and support team development with a hands-on, flexible leadership approach.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of restaurant management experience (casual dining preferred).
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
• Serve Safe Food and Alcohol certifications (a plus).
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
