Job summary

Flynn Group is seeking an Applebee’s Assistant Manager in Smithfield, Rhode Island. You will lead daily operations, motivate the team, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold Applebee’s standards while managing inventory, scheduling, and cost controls.

The role requires 2–3 years of restaurant management, strong leadership, flexibility for weekends, and Serve Safe certifications. You’ll participate in hiring, training, and development, maintain safety and cleanliness, and support exceptional guest
