Job summary

Flynn Group's Applebee’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations at our Hadley, MA location. You will supervise front-of-house and back-of-house teams, ensure top-notch guest service, and maintain safety and compliance.

With 2–3 years of restaurant management experience, you’ll drive scheduling, inventory, training, and cost controls, while staying flexible for weekend shifts. Serve Safe certification a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
