In this role you will manage daily operations and drive profitability through labor planning, food cost controls, and high standards of service and cleanliness.

Responsabilidades

• Manage labor costs by evaluating labor needs against projected sales.
• Monitor food costs and prevent waste.
• Train crew and develop new managers.
• Ensure cleanliness and adherence to procedures.
• Direct daily operations and staff with the support of GM/DM.
• Monitor, coach and motivate team to deliver great customer experiences.
