Job summary

Qualifications

• Manages labor costs by evaluating labor needs against projected sales during shifts.
• Reviews budget and P&L monthly.
• Promotes customer satisfaction to build sales.
• Monitors crew prep, production, and procedures to control costs.
• Tracks waste using established procedures and staffing checks.
• Escalates any sales/profit issues to GM/DM.
• Assists in executing restaurant sales and profits plans as defined.
• Monitors food costs to minimize waste and theft.

Responsibilities

• Takes service times and assesses efficiency.
• Trains crew to respond promptly to customer needs.
• Trains crew in customer courtesy and service standards.
• Takes corrective action to improve service times.
• Trains crew to solicit feedback to gauge customer satisfaction.
• Sets daily SOS goals and communicates them to the team.
