• Identifies 5-Star talent and places people in the right roles at the right time through effective scheduling.
• Manages daily restaurant operations under GM or DM guidance and ensures execution of company policies and systems.
• Leads, interviews, trains and develops subordinates with GM/DM support.
• Oversees training and ongoing development of crew in the restaurant.
• Monitors labor costs by evaluating labor needs against projected sales during shifts.
• Reviews monthly budget and P&L; drives sales through customer satisfaction and waste reduction.
• Monitors product quality by engaging with customers and supervising crew performance.
• Trains crew to respond promptly to customer needs, ensuring courteous service and timely delivery.
• Maintains cleanliness and adheres to restaurant priorities and procedures.
• Trains crew on new products and cross-trains for coverage; recognizes high performers.
