You will lead, interview, train, and develop crew with GM/DM support, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws while upholding standards and safety across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Manages labor costs by evaluating labor needs against projected sales during the shift.
• Performs monthly budget and P&L reviews.
• Builds sales by promoting customer satisfaction.
• Monitors costs by overseeing crew prep, production, and procedures.
• Tracks waste and ensures proper crew positioning.
• Communicates issues in sales/profit to GM/DM.
• Supports execution of the restaurant sales and profit plan.
• Monitors food costs to minimize waste and theft.
• Trains crew in product knowledge and service standards.
• Drives training for new managers and crew across shifts.
• Maintains cleanliness by following the restaurant cleaning plan.
• Ensures safe working conditions and compliance with health/safety policies.
