Job summary

J. Alexander’s is seeking a restaurant manager to oversee both front-of-house and back-of-house operations in Baton Rouge.

You will drive guest satisfaction, monitor food quality, and optimize operational efficiency, working with culinary and service teams to deliver a memorable dining experience. The ideal candidate will have leadership experience in hospitality, a customer-focused mindset, and a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Job Description:

The manager will possess a versatile skill set, including food service management, team leadership, and proficiency in POS systems. The manager will assist the General Manager or Assistant General Manager with planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and delegating responsibilities to hourly employees.
