Job summary

Chuy's Restaurants in Louisville, KY is hiring a Restaurant Manager to be the heartbeat of our operations. You will lead with energy, keep our bar, lobby, and to-go systems running smoothly, and ensure guests feel the love from entry to exit.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of management in a high-volume, scratch-kitchen environment, with valid Food Handlers and Alcoholic Beverage Certifications. You’ll drive excellence, teamwork, and guest delight in a lively, fun atmosphere.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of recent management in a high-volume full-service restaurant.
• Food Handlers Certification and Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.

Responsibilities

Restaurant Manager Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years of recent management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant in a scratch kitchen.
• Food Handlers Certification / Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Understanding of food and equipment safety and sanitation regulations.
• Results driven and team oriented.
