Job summary

Red Robin is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and drive guest satisfaction at our Michigan location. You will manage the team, ensure safe food handling, and foster a culture of coaching and development while aligning with our core values.

Qualified candidates have 2+ years in restaurant management, strong people skills, and reliable transportation to support a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Knowledge of safe food handling procedures.
• Experience coaching, mentoring and evaluating team performance.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations and teams to deliver great guest experiences.
• Ensure compliance with liquor laws and Responsible Service standards.

We'd like for you to have:

• 2+ years of Restaurant Management experience.
• Understanding, managing and practicing safe food handling procedures.
• Experience managing performance of team members including coaching, mentoring and performance evaluations.
• Reliable transportation

• Follow all applicable liquor laws and Responsible Service of Alcohol Standards.
• Lifting - 10lbs frequently and up to 50lbs occasionally. Lifting overhead frequently.
• Twists and reaches regularly Grasps objects to move or manipulate them frequently.
• Standing and walking constantly.
• Exposure to cleaning chemicals, heat and a/c, and freezer.
• Work with computers, iPad, electronic accessories, food products, and cooking equipment.
