Job summary

Red Robin in Grandville, MI is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and drive guest satisfaction. You will coach teams, manage performance, and ensure safe food handling while upholding our culture of fun and excellence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Kitchen/cooking experience is helpful but not required.
• Understanding and enforcing safe food handling procedures.
• Experience managing team performance including coaching, mentoring, evaluations.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

We'd like for you to have:

• 2+ years of Restaurant Management experience.
• Previous kitchen / culinary experience is helpful but not required.
• Understanding, managing and practicing safe food handling procedures.
• Experience managing performance of team members including coaching, mentoring and performance evaluations.
• Reliable transportation
