Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Manager to assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations. The ideal candidate should have supervisory experience, be capable of delivering performance feedback, setting goals, fostering teamwork, and clearly communicating business objectives. The Manager must be able to perform duties in the absence of the General Manager.

To succeed, the Manager should participate actively in training opportunities, motivate staff, especially during low morale, and possess strong leadership and organizational skills. The candidate should be firm yet approachable.
