Job summary

Ontario Trillium Foundation Vallejo restaurant is seeking a hands-on Manager responsible for the day-to-day operations, guest service, and ensuring compliance with brand standards.

You will supervise staff, conduct interviews, hire, train, and maintain food safety, sanitation, and cost controls while coordinating with the team to meet targets. This is a full-time role requiring nights and weekends availability, with flexible scheduling, employee discounts, and PTO as part of the benefits.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in hospitality is preferred.
• Experience supervising teams and ensuring standards is beneficial.

Job description

A Manager is responsible for the hands-on day-to day activities of the restaurant. You are also expected for maintaining administrative responsibilities such as interviewing, hiring, training and overall supervision of the restaurant while maintaining compliance with all local, state, and federal laws.

Prior leadership experience in the hospitality field is desired but other experience will be considered. Both the Manager and Assistant are responsible for implementing and maintaining company and brand standards, food safety, sanitation, and hygiene requirements along with controlling expenses relative to goals.

This is a hands-on position that requires participation in all location tasks. The positions also requires availability to work nights and weekends as the business necessitates.
